Dedicated to the memory of Fash

  Engineer Friday Jacobs Fashemi passed away on January 6, 2024, to
be with the Lord. His bedside was surrounded by his loved ones.
Engineer Jacobs was born on June 6, 1958, in the Igueben Local
Government Area of the Edo state's Amahor Waterside, to Mr. and Mrs.
Fashemi Jacobs and Titiola Omone Fashemi Ale (née Akpaida) in
Oneme-Nekhua Akoko-Edo
   

  His brilliance earned him a double promotion to the following class
when he attended elementary school at St. Mark Anglican School at
Amahor Waterside. He completed both formal and informal education
after completing elementary school, attending Yaba Trade Centre Lagos
to obtain the highest level of City and Guides as well as a bachelor's
degree in Safety Engineering
He worked as an engineer for American and Nigerian companies.
Subsequently, he had several roles, such as Assistant Chief Engineer at
the Eko Le Meriden Hotel in Lagos, Nigeria, and Director of Engineering
at HRI Hospital Brookline Boston and Hampton Inn Boston. Chief
Engineer, YMCA Boston; Chief Engineer, Sheraton Tara Hotel; Boston
Harbour Hotel; Kilpatrick/Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Lagos;
Ewekoro Cement Factory

    One of Engineer Friday Jacobs Fashemi's greatest qualities was
selflessness. He offered his assistance to friends and relatives that he
encountered. Jacobs's academic achievements, work ethic, and
gregarious personality impressed friends, coworkers, and everyone
else he encountered. This admiration persisted into his senior years.
We shall all remember Engineer Jacobs with great affection for the nice
and prosperous life he led. His life was characterized by compassion,
love, and cooperation.

    Engineer Friday Jacobs Fashemi is survived by his wife, children,
grandchildren, siblings, and numerous nephews, cousins, and nieces.
May he rest in complete peace with his creator, Amen!
